Intro to 3Gun Shooting Sports     $150
The OSA Outdoors 3 Gun School is a full day course designed to introduce and immerse the student into the exciting world of 3 Gun competitive shooting.  3 Gun is the fastest growing of the shooting sports and it provides the shooter with the opportunity to master a variety of marksmanship skills with a host of firearms in a fluid and dynamic setting.  Students should already possess a basic and safe operational understanding of the primary firearms involved to include; a 3 Gun AR 15 rifle, 9mm semi-automatic handgun (typical), and a 12 gauge semi-auto shotgun.

The course will offer a fast-paced combination of lessons and firing drills, including actual 3 Gun stages that will utilize world class range setups, target systems and natural courses of fire.  Using a proven step by step instruction model, your 3 Gun instructional staff will guide the students through the complexities of the sport of 3 Gun including; equipment, ammunition, firearms, rules, strategies, safety, stage planning, and stage execution.

Intro to the AR-15     $100
This is a 3 hour course with review of firearm safety, ammunition and malfunctions.  This course can be taken on it's own or combined with Ohio Concealed Carry course.  When you apply to Utah you must have your current states concealed carry permit.   We will cover Utah firearms laws and regulations.  We provide everything you will need to apply the next day.  You'll be given a copy of the course on CD-ROM, Utah Concealed Firearms Permit Application, we will provide finger print cards and do finger printing, we'll take & print your required 2x2 passport photo, and even give you an 11x14 pre-addressed envelope to Utah Dept of Public Safety. 

Tactical Carbine (AR-15) Class     $150
We are only offering classes with a maximum of 12 students per class, ensuring that all students have plenty of time with our instructors.   The OSA Tactical Carbine School is a one day introduction to defensive tactical shooting. The class is located at our shooting facility in Richmond Dale, where we include lunch and refreshments.  Instruction is led by top-level instructors that have multiple types of training for various NRA Protection Classes, Law Enforcement and Military Training, as well as private security training.  While this is an entry-intermediate level course it is a course that even advanced shooters greatly benefit from. It is specifically designed for the shooter who is familiar and safe with firearms, has the desire to become extremely proficient with the AR (or other sporting rifle) platform, and would like to learn practical defensive shooting tactics that can be applied in close quarters.  The course will include firearm safety, detailed understanding of the AR platform, components and function. We will cover a variety of shooting methods, positions and tactics (static and moving) while introducing mild stressors using timed drills and simulated malfunctions. ​

Advanced Conceal Carry (CCW) Class     $125
The OSA Defensive Handgun School provides responsible gun owning citizens with an affordable, life changing defensive handgun experience.  This full day intensive course is taught by NRA, military, law enforcement, private security, and competition trained instructors.  During the class, which is anything other than another day on the range, you'll learn timeless "Defensive Mindset and Defensive Technique" skills essential for avoiding and or prevailing in defensive situations. Additionally, you will improve your outlook on preparation, awareness, and after incident skills. Moreover, you'll gain proper and relevant handgun techniques surrounding safe drawing/re-holstering, concealed carry draw, grip, stance, sight use, trigger control skills, reloading, and malfunction clearing under stress. You will also watch videos and discuss real attacks, engage moving targets, learn to shoot and move, and conduct live fire drills in extremely realistic scenarios.  Finally, you'll be able to fire and personally evaluate a wide variety of handguns suitable for defensive purposes during the course. We will provide you with several handguns for some testing. (Please bring some extra ammunition if you want to try them all) Ammo recommended for evaluation is .380, 9mm, and .45ACP.  Upon successful completion of the OSA Defensive Handgun School, you will have obtained a superb level of defensive handgun training, and achieve the confidence and skills needed to respond to defensive encounters.​

Youth Firearm Safety Class     $25
This class is designed for young shooters, ages 8 through 14 (cost covers both child and parent and includes):
If you want your child to learn firearms responsibility, safety, and proper shooting technique, this is a great group class for a nominal fee. The class is taught by two NRA certified instructors.  The class is limited to 18 students.  Each child must be supervised by a parent at all times.  The class is 2 hours long consisting of 1 hour in the classroom and up to 1 hour on the range.
The content of each class is:
·        Promotion and demonstration on the safe handling of guns on the range
·        Proper grip, sight picture, stance, breathing, and trigger control
·        Live fire at paper targets with a Ruger SR-22 .22 caliber handgun
·        How to deal with guns in the home
Each child will receive a certificate indicating that they have taken this training.  To pass the course, students must show an acceptable level of safety and proficiency as determined by the instructor.  This is a Youth Firearms Safety Course to help familiarize children (18 and under) with a variety of firearms, how they work and what to do when they are introduced into a situation. The best way to reduce negligent discharges (intentional or unintentional) in this country is to educate ourselves about firearm safety. When children learn the safe and proper way to handle a firearm and become familiar with its operations the likelihood of an incident is reduced. In this course, children will be able to handle and manipulate various firearms in a safe and secure environment. Children and parents will also learn what to do if they are confronted with a firearm situation. (i.e., they find a firearm on the playground or a friend shows up one day with a firearm).
In this Youth Firearms Safety Course, participants will be introduced to the mechanics and operations of:
·        Bolt-action rifles
·        Semi-automatic rifles (Traditional and AR15 platforms)
·        Shotguns (O/U, S/S, & Autoloaders)
·        Handguns (Single and Double Action, Semiautomatic)

Armorer Class (Striker Fire Handgun)      $50
This course covers in detail all the information to keep your Glock handgun in top-flight condition.
At the conclusion of this course, you will be proficient at disassembly, reassembly, cleaning, lubrication, identification of worn or damaged parts, and parts replacement.  You will be trained in diagnosing and fixing recurring malfunctions.  After-market parts and modifications are discussed, with an emphasis on what products work and what products won`t.  Additionally, you will know the best parts manufacturers to choose from and which ones to avoid.  This course is a must if you want to glean the decades of experience Front Sight`s staff has in keeping your weapons running properly.
You obviously need to bring a Glock style handgun! Feel free to bring working guns, non-working guns, problem guns, and any parts you would like to install.  (DO NOT bring parts that will require machining or major fitting to install).


Armorer Class (AR Style Rifle)     $50
